Solr are supporting clean air day!
Clean Air Day is the UK's largest air pollution campaign. SoLR are proud to support this campaign and are putting on a walking month event in July to raise awareness of the issue and promote clean air amongst our members.
Air pollution is the biggest environmental health risk in the UK, it is bad for the natural environment as well as people.
This years theme is: "Think clean air when you commute or travel"

What are solr doing?
SoLR's Community Committee are running a monthly walking event in July to support of Clean Air Day 2025, with the aim of reducing our members' C02 emissions.
We created a 'league' on the Paace app (Paace on the App Store) which allows us to track our steps for Clean Air Walking Month (you can earn some free coffees and pastries along the way!). The code to join the league is jfx4crjc. Please could you join the league before 02 June 2025 to be a part of some friendly competition.
There are, of course, smaller acts we can all do as individuals to reduce air pollution, aside from the events we our putting on. Please refer to the Clean Air Hub for further information and resources for individual use.
