Chris is Head of Land at Sizewell C where he oversees the acquisition and management of all land and property for the project. The Sizewell C estate represents a varied portfolio of property assets including, agricultural land, residential, commercial and industrial property all supporting the construction and future operation of Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station. Prior to joining Sizewell C, Chris held a number of different roles focused on the development and construction phases of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, primarily within the energy sector. With a background as a Chartered Town Planner, Chris has been focused on the integration of land related workstreams within the planning and consenting process of projects and ensuring a joined up, co-ordinated approach throughout a project’s lifecycle.
