About the Event
The panel will be formed of leading compulsory purchase practitioners including Ian Ponter of Kings Chambers, Nyear Yaseen of Lambert Smith Hampton and Toni Weston of Gowling WLG. Key topics for discussion will include recent Tribunal decisions, legal reform, and Tribunal proceedings. Coffee and tea pre-event; wine and nibbles post event.
