About the Event

Following the very recent High Court case of Barstow v Green Gen Cymru, practice around utilising section 172 HIPA 2016 powers will need to be adapted. These adaptations will also need to be taken into account in considering the use of the revised section 53 PA08 powers, alongside the recently published Regulations for the latter. Join our webinar with the Pinsent Masons team who acted in this case to learn about the implications of this judgment to this vital part of any land referencing service.

Time has been reserved for plenty of Q&A at the end so all attendees can engage and discuss.
