12.7 Notices and communication outputs

Where land referencing information is used to prepare a notice, letter, questionnaire, contact list or other communication output, the output shall be generated from or reconciled to:

current party identity;

current validated contact point;

relevant right and capacity;

representative and service arrangements;

applicable requirement and procedural basis;

necessary accessibility or communication adjustment; and

approved issue status.

The issue record shall identify the source-data version, recipient, channel, date, document identifier and delivery or return status.
