5.12 Records that cannot be represented structurally

Where a source, limitation or relationship cannot be represented in the selected data structure, it shall be recorded in a linked finding or narrative note. A narrative note shall not replace a structured record where the concept can reasonably be represented as a defined object, attribute or relationship.
