5.6 Currency and temporal information

Each current record shall state:

the date and time at which the recorded information was last assessed;

the date or period for which it is understood to be valid, where known;

the date of the evidence supporting that status; and

the next review trigger or review date, where required.

Dates and times used for information interchange shall be represented in accordance with ISO 8601-1.

Information shall be reviewed when a defined trigger occurs, including a change to a requirement, receipt of material new evidence, notification of a change in a right or party, or production of a controlled output.
