5.9 Status of assumptions and findings

An assumption shall:

have a UID;

state the matter assumed;

state the reason and evidence available;

identify the objects and outputs affected;

identify the person or role accepting the assumption;

state any expiry, review trigger or condition; and

be replaced or closed when evidence becomes available.

A finding shall state its materiality, owner, required action or acceptance decision, target date and closure evidence.
