7.7 Requirement change

When a requirement changes, the organisation shall:

create a new controlled version;

identify land, rights, parties, inquiries, outputs and findings affected;

recalculate or reassess derived relationships and parcels;

preserve the previous version;

communicate the change to defined users; and

record completion of required downstream updates.

An output shall not be approved where it is based on a superseded requirement unless the intended use specifically requires the historic position and the output states that position.
