7.8 Requirement coverage and exceptions

The organisation shall be able to demonstrate that the defined geographic extent of each current requirement has been assessed for relevant land and rights.

Any excluded area, excluded right class, accepted data gap or uncompleted inquiry shall be recorded with its authority, rationale and effect on outputs.
