9.5 Groupings

For a grouping, the organisation shall record:

name or descriptive identifier;

capacity in which the grouping acts or holds the right;

members required to be identified;

relationship between each member and the grouping;

authority to act and any limitation; and

evidence.

Changes in membership shall create new versions of the membership relationships without changing the grouping UID.
