Ashley Parry Jones

Ashley Parry Jones has had a leading role in the land referencing industry for the past 30+ years.  He has led land referencing teams delivering some of the highest profile projects the industry has been challenged with, including HS2, Heathrow Expansion, Dublin MetroLnk, East-West Rail, Tideway Tunnel, Crossrail, Thameslink and the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (HS1) as well as Silvertown Tunnel, M4 J3-12, Manston and Luton Airports, National Grid interconnector projects, West Coast Route Modification; Nottingham Tram; Edinburgh’s Tram and many other projects. 

Ashley has written and presented on the technical aspects of land referencing and is co-author of the land referencing sections of the National Infrastructure Planning Handbook 2022.  He is also Vice President – Professional of the Royal Geographical Society.
