Joanne Ziemelis

I have been involved in Land Referencing for 11 years working at Fisher German to expand our provision for GIS and Land Referencing across our large client base.  Working predominantly within GIS, the tools and processes we have developed have helped to streamline the land referencing we do for clients, large and small. 

I have more recently become the lead for our own standalone Land Referencing team which will help us to drive standards for any Land Referencing that we do across our client base.  Having joined the RICS as an associate in 2017 I am keen to help move SoLR forwards with their own standards and codes of practice to help guide and steer the profession and those who are members of SoLR.
