book of reference description
A description given in the second column of a book of reference that describes the extent of book of reference plot over which powers are sought. Includes the area of the plot and sufficient information to make it clear if the rights sought are limited to any extent (e.g. to exclude one or more levels such as oversailing, surface or subsoil level interests)
