land plan
A prescribed document that identifies, by reference to base mapping, the location and extent of land required for the development; land over which it is proposed to exercise powers of compulsory purchase or any rights to use land; any land where it is proposed to extinguish easements, servitudes and other private rights; and where land may include special category land and replacement land
